As a 16 year old suffering with undiagnosed BPD is so hard, my emotions are all over the place. Especially my family environment who show strong emotions & reactions. It makes me react so quick & do & say things I shouldn’t.

same here... the worst part is when someone you like genuinely does wrong and then you feel guilty for hating them for it, but you can't help it... it makes me go insane, cuz i feel guilty like they have done so good to me and i don't want to loose them either, then i hate myself for hating them but idk... my opinions about them are constantly changing.. everything seems very confusing, i honestly don't know whether i have BPD or not.. i do think i do bcz of the symptoms, but then i remind myself of how i used to exaggerate mental disorder symptoms and self diagnose my self with random weird stuff 😂 i honestly think the exaggeration of symptoms is inda common, most people see a couple of symptoms on google then do self diagnosis lol, also i feel like people don't really understand me, also, if i tell people(my close ones like relatives and family) that i have BPD or any mental condition, they will think I'm being immature and delusional, they'll also assume that i have exaggerated my symptoms and self diagnosed myself, they'll try to convince me to shove down my feelings about the mental condition and simply ignore it, because according to them ignoring mental conditions makes it go away, i do believe we shouldn't stress too much on our mental conditions, otherwise the symptoms get worse, but atleast we should accept facts and heal and work on ourselves, we can't just deny the truth just to pretend it doesn't exist... also the place where i live, if you even visit a therapist, you're officially labelled as a psychopath mental person who's literally insane... soooo idk... tho ill see if i can heal myself

The worst part is that I don’t even know who I am anymore. I even considered euthanasia for myself because it was too much for me. People say they understand but they don’t. It’s so hard maintaining relationships with people, socialising with them. Sometimes I feel as if there is no hope for me.
